The Oaks Center provides these free tools & downloads to save time and provide structure for common teaching and mentoring activities.

Here, you’ll find lesson planning templates, coaching protocols, and reflection forms that can be filled out quickly and reused as often as needed. Many of these tools work as simple guides. They ask a few focused questions, suggest a sequence of steps, or provide a format for notes.
